What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, depending on circumstance we may offer a return and refund of original purchase price minus shipping within 15 days or product being received. We are a small shop and nothing leaves without careful inspection and packaging.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We generally ship within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We reserve the right to change shipping courier based on unforseen circumstances. Our goal is to provide the best possible service.
Where are your products manufactured?
Everything we sell is manufactured in our shop in Kent, Ohio. 100% of machining is done on site.
What if my item looks different than the photo?
We do our best to take neutral color photos of every product so that color is represented accurately on most viewing sources. With that said, color will be slightly different depending on the device your using.
